I have started my own freelance business to help mainly the American Architects with Design and construction documentation. I have a vast experience in designing residences both – Indian and American. I will be focusing on delivering American residential projects sing Revit as the primary tool.

Studio Symbiosis
Designation: Associate Architect
I joined Studio Symbiosis as an Associate Architect to mainly deliver the projects with a BIM mandate. I was reporting directly to the firm partners. I was fully responsible for handling multiple projects at a time. I was the key person for holding independent client meetings and site visits. I got the opportunity to take up the BIM initiatives for the important projects. During this span of work, I developed the skills of Project coordination, Public relations, Client negotiations, Presentation, and timely deliverance.
Summary of some of the selected projects:
1. 15 K sq ft Luxury villa at Jodhpur: This was a Single-family residence located in a posh society at
Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Due to the dynamic and parametric design of the main villa, our studio decided to model the entire project in Revit. I was involved in the preparation of Construction documentation, selection of materials, and rendering of Interior and exterior views.
2. 1.3 Million sq ft Live museum and cultural centre, New Delhi: This was a project of national importance with more than 60 consultants involved in the design process. There were a total of nine (09) building blocks with different architectural characteristics. Since this project involved multiple stakeholders and was highly complex in design, BIM was mandated from day one. I was heading the team of BIM Architects. We mainly prepared the construction document sets and issued on site.

ARKANCE IN Private Limited (Formerly - Capricot Technologies)
Designation: BIM Architect
After completing the BIM training program “BIM for Design”, I joined the BIM project team as a BIM Architect. I mainly worked on American (USA) residential projects using a combination of Revit and Twinmotion. I was given small to medium-sized projects which I completed by working alone. I was also engaged in large Indian projects with the BIM team. I got the opportunity to learn American construction details and building codes.
Summary of some of the selected projects:
1. 12K sq ft Residence at San Diego, California: This was the apartment building. The principal Architect had finalized the design option. All drawings were generated from the Revit model. I was involved in the preparation of Construction documentation, selection of materials, and rendering of Interior and exterior views.
2. 10K sq ft Residence at Beaufort County, South Carolina: This was a single-family independent unit. I was involved in the design from scratch. I helped the project Architect in the preparation of the design options and working drawings.
3. 10K sq ft residence at Somerville, Massachusetts: These were the apartment units for a well-known real estate developer in Massachusetts. There were multiple design changes involved. I prepared the presentation drawings and construction drawings.
4. 16K sq ft residence at Rockville, Maryland: This was a single-family independent unit. I was involved with the Principal Architect since the concept design stage. Delivered the complete set of construction drawings which involved multiple iterations. I also rendered multiple 3D views.
5. 8K sq ft Residence at Sector 12, Noida: I was the project Architect for this residence. I was involved in the preparation of design, working drawings, site coordination, independent client meetings and completion of project. All drawings were extracted from the Revit model.
6. 12K sq ft Residence at Sector 47, Noida: Site planning, unit designs, Development of planning options and multiple rendered 3D views.

I was fully responsible for handling multiple projects at a time. I was the key person for holding independent client meetings and site visits. I have worked on various housing, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and interior projects. I got the opportunity to work on the project from scratch to completion. During this span of work, I developed the skills of Project coordination, Public relations, Client negotiations, Presentation, and timely deliverance.
Summary of some of the selected projects executed:
1. 25K sq ft, industry Building for M/s K3G Garments LLP, at hosiery complex, Phase – 2, Noida: Preparation of conceptual presentation from scratch. Gave concept presentation with block models and detailed area statement. Prepared working drawings on Revit. BOQ and clash detection in Architecture, Structural, plumbing and firefighting services. Site supervision and revisions.
2. 28K sq ft Socio-Cultural Institute, Greater Noida for Dr. Sharma. At 35A, Knowledge Park-2, Greater Noida
3. 10K sq ft residence at Sector 36, Noida: Preparation of design, working drawings, site coordination, independent client meetings and completion of project.
4. 8K sq ft residence at Noida for Mr. Kaushik: Site planning, unit designs, Development of planning options for different plot sizes.
5. 2500 sq ft of commercial interior at Noida for M/s K3G Garments: Design development and working drawings.
6. 6000 sq ft residence at Noida: Design development, working drawings, Coordination with contractors and consultants, completion of project.
7. 6000 sq ft Industry Noida: Concept design from scratch, Design development, Planning, submission drawing, working drawing.
8. 3000 sq ft Canteen area for M/s Mankind Pharma, Bhiwadi: Conceptual planning and presentation to client, Detail drawings, Material selection.
9. 6000 sq ft Site office in 6 Acres Group Housing for M/s Elegant Buildcon Pvt Ltd, Greater Noida: Conceptual drawing, Working drawing, Site coordination, Client meetings, detail drawings, Site supervision and Completion.
10. 5000 sq ft Farmhouse at Chatterpur, Delhi for Mr. Vivek Madan: Concept development, Coordination with Landscape consultant. Design and development.

Reported directly to Directors. This office gave me full responsibility of handling multiple projects at a time. I was responsible for holding independent client meetings and site visits. I have worked on major Housing and Commercial projects. I got the opportunity to work on project from scratch to completion. During this span of work, I developed the skills of Project coordination, Public relations, Presentation and timely deliverance.
Summary of some of the major projects handled:
1. 25 Acres Premium Group Housing at Noida- Cleo County for M/s ABA Corp: Preparation of conceptual presentation from scratch. Designed 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK and 4 BHK unit plans along with Master planning. I had a team of 4 professional for this project. It had double basement and unique design concept of Egyptian theme. This project won the best themed project in India. I was involved in Design, development and execution. Services coordination and site supervision were my major roles. We were able to Deliver the project before time.
2. 4 acres Group Housing at Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore for M/s G:Corp Buildwell Pvt Ltd : Preparation of design, working drawings, site coordination, independent client meetings and completion of project.
3. 10K sq ft residence for Mr. Virat Kohli, DLF City Phase-1, Gurgaon: Residence for a high-profile client. The design was unique. Our office had contract for design and build. Services coordination, site supervision and completion.
